We've found a scanner that does a good job of removing these versions of malware that is for free. You can download it from www.malwarebytes.org. After installing, be sure to have it check for updates. You may have to download this at another computer and install using a thumbdrive/jumpdrive as we've seen some variations block access to valid antivirus software sites.
